Terms and Conditions
1. Ambit
These terms and conditions apply to all contents and services offered by CONCON Content Consulting GmbH within the scope of podlog.co.uk, podlog.de, podlog.fr, podlog.pl, and podlog.se.
2. Modification/Appendix
CONCON Content Consulting GmbH reserves the right to change or alter these terms and conditions. Modifications will be announced via email to registered users. If a user does not contradict the terms and conditions within two weeks, the new terms and conditions will be effective. Otherwise the CONCON Content Consulting GmbH is entitled to end the possibility of usage.
3. User data
a. Email addresses and user names
Email addresses or user names may not offend other user's sensibilities or rights or violate the law. This applies to incitement of the people, pornographic terms or terms that glorify violence. Other examples: names of organisations or persons associated with terrorism, political extremism, or religious fanaticism. Furthermore, the rights of third parties have to be respected in any case (rights to a name, trademark legislation, copyright, data privacy laws etc).
b. No advertising by the user
Users are not allowed to submit advertising for commercial bargains to other podlog users. This includes linking to other sites.
c. Registration information
Every user commits to giving out correct and complete data while registering. Every user also commits to not impinging upon the rights of any third party. Impinging upon the rights of any third party includes using personal data of any third party without permission, e.g. the name or the email address.
d. Sending data
While using the services of CONCON Content Consulting GmbH, a user is not allowed to send or save data that are able to endanger the service of the data processing centre (e.g. viruses, spam mails, etc.).
e. Consequences of violation
In case of contravening these regulations the user will be made liable for any resulting damages, including pecuniary losses. Furthermore, CONCON Content Consulting GmbH is entitled to end the possibility of usage and erase personal information.

CONCON Content Consulting GmbH reserves the right to change or dismiss their supplies without prior notice. This includes the information stored by the user on systems of CONCON Content Consulting GmbH.
5. Liability
a. General
You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances shall CONCON Content Consulting GmbH, its affiliates or any of their employees be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use this site or your reliance of any content.
b. Data loss
The user is bound to save data in adequate intervals in order to secure his or her system. Should CONCON Content Consulting GmbH be responsible for any data loss, it will only be liable for the expenses usually resulting from the restoration.
6. Final Terms
The Courts of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes between any user and CONCON Content Consulting GmbH.
If any of the foregoing terms and conditions should become invalid or inapplicable or are not acknowledged by a court, the validity and applicability of the other terms and conditions shall continue.
